As much as we love cycling and running, we also love fashion and looking feminine once in a while – which means wearing high heels 2-3 times a year.
Unfortunately, according to the infographic published by the Washington Post, high heels are bad news for us.
It can cause Morton’s neuroma, bunion, osteoarthritis, shortened calf, pump bump, ankle injury, and worst of all, hammertoes.
The infographic forgot to mention that high heels can cause a wonderful illusion that makes women appear attractive to the opposite sex.
They are exciting, but not without the risk.
